SIP connections

These routes are member sessions. An API key cannot call them.

DELETE	/v1/sip/connections/{id}/apply	Owner, admin, or developer. Idempotency-Key required. Returns 202 and a job.
POST	/v1/sip/connections/{id}/credentials/rotate	Owner, admin, or developer. Idempotency-Key required. Returns 200.

Rotate returns the new SIP password once, with username, domain, and realm. It is not recoverable. Rotating again is the only way to get another one. The response is stored with the idempotency record, so a retry of the same key returns that same body.
